Jagoda Turlik is a graduate of Musicology at the University of Warsaw, Film and Television Production at the Łódź Film School, and Dance Theory at UMFC Warsaw, with further training in NYC. She has worked in the Polish film industry since 2010 as a script supervisor and continuity specialist, collaborating with leading directors including Andrzej Wajda and Agnieszka Holland. She has contributed to over 50 feature films and series, with a strong focus on dance films, which have screened at international art and dance film festivals. Her film Kingdom was officially selected (Art Film category) at the Bordeaux Shorts Biennale 2024.
Boa Campbell is a multidisciplinary visual artist working as a creative director, director, DOP, photographer, and producer. Her work spans campaigns, brand films, music videos, and narrative stories told through both stills and moving image. With a cinematic eye and instinct for atmosphere, she builds evocative visual worlds—fusing elegance with grit, surrealism with structure. Based between Paris, Vienna and Tokyo, Boa's style is shaped by cultural tension, mythic undertones, and an obsession with emotional truth. Boa Campbell was awarded Bordeaux Short Espoir for her film "Tales From The Bridge" at the Bordeaux Shorts Biennale in 2024.
Léa Sautin is a printmaker and animator from the Llŷn Peninsula, currently based in Cardiff. She is interested in stories and storytelling, our environment, and a sense of place. She often uses a chain of processes (print, collage, 3D models, photography, and animation) to reflect the evolution and alteration of stories and legends as they are told. Léa Sautin was awarded Best Animation (Short Film category) for her film "The Robin and the Wren" at the Bordeaux Shorts Biennale in 2024.
IMDB CERTIFIED — THE HOME OF FRENCH SHORTS
The Sold Out Show of Bordeaux Short Film Biennale by CINEVERSE is back for an incredible Fourth edition!
We believe that very short and short films are a genre in their own right and not just a springboard for making feature films . 1 minute, very short films from 1 to 4 minutes and short films from 4 to 15 minutes in the following genres: Fiction, Animation, Documentary, Art. The Bordeaux International CINEVERSE Biennale presents an array of short films from all over the world to the public of Bordeaux!
We believe that the stories and the way they are told take precedence over the means used and that one can tell a lot with very little... being touching, moving, powerful, poetic, strange or committed!

Sous-titrage français ou anglais After receiving reports on the tough economic sanctions the Festival Bordeaux Shorts has decided to open a free Iranian section for directors residing in Iran to register. We take charge of this section because we believe that political sanctions should not prevent the right of filmmakers to show and submit their work to the rest of the world.
